For some reason, whenever I bring out the camera, these are the faces that I get from Rowan. Weirdo. ;)

Snow!

Last month we got a couple of weeks of snow. After being stuck in the house for days the whole family decided to go out and brave the snow and given Rowan his first chance to play in it.

Much like the beach trip, he wasn't that impressed. Mostly he looked at us like "Why did you strap this dumb hat to my head and drag me out here?". I guess he's still too little to know how totally awesome snow is.

PS. See those two guys in the background? We caught them in the park trying to cut down one of the pine trees to use as a Christmas tree. We had to wait around a while to make sure they left. Derf.

More beach

Beach!

We took Rowan to Newport Beach when we were visiting his grandparents in California. He didn't seem to like the sand and would make a face each time he touched it. After a few minutes of "playing" on the beach he turned and tried crawling into the sea. He had clearly had enough of this beach business.
